About the Auction

We trust that you will have fun exploring the many fine prizes to be won or articles sold at very affordable prices. Each item has been donated to HOPE International and all proceeds from the winning bids will go towards our work with the poor around the world.
We thank our sponsors who have generously donated prizes so that the poor may benefit.

Please take note that many of the prizes do have some basic conditions. Most are valid for 6-12 months and are subject to availability. When you win a prize, you will receive an official voucher with the list of conditions and details.
Winning is simple... just make the highest bid on an item! All values are expressed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Remember, you not only have the chance to win a great item, but to help the poor as well.

How to Bid and Win Great Goods and Services...

You can come directly to our stand at the Hilton and we will help you review all the prizes and place your bid. Every bid placed in person at the Hilton will result in your name being entered in a raffle with top prizes offered by Hilton to be won! 
You can also bid electronically by sending an e-mail to bids@hope.or.jp with the below information:

All bids must be made between  March 14th noon to March 21st at 6PM (Japan time).

Important Notes:

Although most of the fantastic items have international appeal, some are specific to Japan. As such, all values are expressed in Yen (JPY) and all bids must be made in JPY.
Please visit an on-line currency conversion site if you would like an idea on current exchange rates. Note that if you pay by credit card the final charges in your local currency will depend on the credit card company's exchange rate at the time of payment. Please see our payment procedures for more information on how to make payment for your winning items.
