The UN has urged that relief operations be massively scaled up as flooding is hitting more areas in Pakistan.
It is estimated that the flood affects over 13.8 million, with a death toll reaching 1,600.
 
The scale of the disaster is said to have eclipsed the scale of the devastating 2004 tsunami, the 2005 Pakistan earthquake and the January 2010 Haiti earthquake.
 
HOPE is taking action!
We are working with our partners to establish relief camps...as many as funding allows. These camps will supply water, hygiene kits, food, tents, and medical care. In addition, mobile health clinics are being set up for those not in reach of the camps.
 
We appeal for your help in this time of crisis for so many.
The flooding has not ended and more people will be in need!
 
 
Here is what you can do to help:
  • Water Systems 130,000 yen
    This is a well and pump that is drilled down to clean water.
    One system provides clean water for at least 25 families.
  • Hygiene kit 25,000 yen
    Giving 25 families what they need to survive in such harsh conditions.
  • Tents : 10,000 for a family!
    It is expected that shelter will be needed for at least 6 months.
    More rains are on the way, and families need a roof over their heads.
  • Give whatever you can and we will ensure it is used in the best way possible.
