What is HOPE Cafe?

HOPE Cafe is a social enterprise developed to support the work of HOPE International Development Agency Japan and its partners around the world by promoting and marketing products such as coffee and tea that are produced ethically and organically.
By providing a market for these products, we are helping farmers and producers in HOPE Project areas to become self-reliant.
Initially HOPE Cafe will import and market coffee produced in the Southern Philippines by indigenous peoples who are poor and marginalized.
By purchasing this excellent-tasting coffee and unique sweet tea, we are helping build their economy and ability to be self-sustaining.
Three Aspects of HOPE Cafe...
  1. Products
Importing and distributing to coffee shops, hotels, restaurants and retail outlets.
  2. Events
Anyone can organize a HOPE Cafe event We invite school groups, volunteer organizations, companies and individuals to incorporate a HOPE Cafe into their events.
  3. Shop
Eventually we plan to have our own Coffee shop that will include an event space that will be available to HOPE International Development Agency and other volunteergroups to hold events, recruit volunteers and spread their message. The HOPE Cafe wants to be a support to the volunteer sector.
