3 Payment Methods

1. Credit Card
   
   To make a payment by credit card please download and fill out the form below and fax it to the HOPE office 052-204-0531.

   ***If you are a citizen of US or Canada, or possess a credit card from these countries, you may be eligible for a tax refund.
   Please go to this page to donate online.
    
2. Bank Transfer
   
   Automatic transfer from your bank or post office account
   
   In order to make regular automatic transfer, it is necessary to submit an application form to the bank/post office where your account is held. Your donation will be automatically withdrawn on a regular basis. 
   Please visit Bank or Post Office with the followings:
    
   • Bankbook (Tsuchou)
   • Seal (Inkan)
   • Application Form (Application form will be provided at the bank)
      
   *Transaction fee will apply for each transfer.
